Abbyson Intellectual Property Policy

Abbyson Living LLC (hereinafter “Abbyson”) views its intellectual property to be a valuable business asset. Abbyson expects those in the industry to respect the intellectual property rights of others and Abbyson will take the necessary steps to enforce its intellectual property rights.

All images and/or elements herein are the exclusive property of Abbyson or one of its partners and/or affiliates. These images and/or elements may include, but are not limited to, those found in: abbyson.com or any other website associated with Abbyson, any catalog or manual associated with Abbyson, any Abbyson marketing or advertising materials, as well as any other product or communication associated with Abbyson. Some examples of such images and/or elements can include, but are not limited to, images, artwork, designs, logos, graphics, icons, stylized fonts, software, audio, or video files, and/or other elements associated with Abbyson. The images and/or elements herein are protected by, and subject to, the laws of the United States or any other applicable country. Any unauthorized use of the images and/or elements herein is strictly prohibited, unless otherwise agreed to by express written consent from Abbyson. Such unauthorized use may constitute, but is not limited to, copyright infringement or any other applicable violation.

All trademarks and/or trade dress associated with Abbyson herein are the exclusive property of Abbyson. These trademarks and/or trade dress may include, but are not limited to, those found in: abbyson.com or any other website associated with Abbyson, any catalog or manual associated with Abbyson, any Abbyson marketing or advertising materials, as well as any other product or communication associated with Abbyson. Some examples of such trademarks can include, but are not limited to, Abbyson’s name, logos, phrases, graphics, designs, icons, and/or scripts, as well as names and/or descriptions associated with Abbyson’s products. Some examples of trade dress can include, but are not limited to, characteristics of Abbyson’s products or packaging, the design of Abbyson’s websites, catalogs or manuals, the look and feel of Abbyson’s brand or stores, as well as anything that signifies the source of Abbyson’s products or goods.

The trademarks and/or trade dress herein are protected by, and subject to, the laws of the United States or any other applicable country. Any unauthorized use of the trademarks and/or trade dress discussed herein is strictly prohibited, unless otherwise agreed to by express written consent from Abbyson. Such unauthorized use may constitute, but is not limited to, trademark and/or trade dress infringement or any other applicable violation. Such unauthorized use can include, but is not limited to, use in connection with any product or service that is not associated with Abbyson, such as in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among consumers, or in any manner that disparages or discredits Abbyson. All other trademarks and/or trade dress found herein are the property of their respective owners and are governed by their proprietary policies and the laws of the United States or any other applicable country.

Any unauthorized use of Abbyson’s images, elements, trademarks, and/or trade dress constitutes copyright, trademark, and/or trade dress infringement, and its use is strictly prohibited. Such unauthorized use will likely force the infringing party to defend the decision to move forward with said unauthorized use. In the event of such unauthorized use, Abbyson hereby requests that the infringing party:

• Immediately cease and desist in the use, sale, production, manufacture, distribution, and/or any other commercial exploitation of the infringing images, elements, trademarks, and/or trade dress.
• Stop all kind of advertisement, including digital, related to the infringing images, elements, trademarks, and/or trade dress.
• Refrain from entering into any commercial relationship with third parties that involve the use, sale, production, manufacture, and/or distribution of the infringing images, elements, trademarks, and/or trade dress.

Nothing herein shall be deemed to be a waiver of, or in any way limit, any of Abbyson’s rights and/or remedies, such as those arising from the use, sale, production, manufacture, and/or distribution of the products or goods herein or otherwise associated with Abbyson, including but not limited to any appropriate remedy arising from the infringement of said product.
